What we collect

• From you, our customer: business and contact details from the order form. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
• From your callers and texters: phone numbers, call transcripts, messages, names, addresses and appointment details they give the assistant.

How we use it

We use it only to run the Service for your business: answering, booking, sending confirmations and reminders, and notifying you. Call and message content is processed by our AI and telephony providers solely to provide the Service. We don't sell personal information.

Retention

Conversation records are kept while your account is active so the assistant can follow up and you can review activity. Ask us to delete data anytime at contact@canyonhaul.com.

Opting out of texts

Anyone can reply STOP to stop receiving text messages.
